HEADLINER RECOVERING AND REPAIR

Next Level Service

Newer vehicles have a headliner board mounted to the roof of the car covered in a foam backed material. The 2 main causes of headliner material failing is either the glue holding the material has eroded or the foam backing of the material has deteriorated. In both cases the board must be removed, adhesive cleaned off and new material applied.

Classic cars have what's known as a "bow system" headliner. The bows are metal rods running the width of the vehicle with material suspended from them. In many classics the front and rear glass must be removed. Customization of any kind of headliner is possible with 519 Automotive Design.
